Acupuncture has a history dating back more than 4000 years. According to traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture promotes the body's ability to heal itself by regulating the flow of "Qi" (body energy) by the placement of needles along areas of maximum energy within the body. The needles used in the treatment are virtually painless. Most people find acupuncture treatments relaxing.

Ear candling is a safe gentle way to remove excess wax and debris from the ear. Great for those suffering from allergies and sinus conditions. Works well for swimmers ear as well. Ear candles are 8-10" cones, made of cotton and beeswax or paraffin. The tapered end of the candle is placed in the ear canal and the open end is lighted. The warmth and smoke create a vcuum which draws was and residue up into the candle. Candling may be soothing in tinnitus (ringing), sinus congestion, and irritation due to allergies.

Healing can be defined as a progression toward wholeness and harmony. Healing touch, then, is caring focused touching techniques by the provider which facilitate that progression. Research exhibits positive outcomes with healing touch in conjunction with traditional and non-traditional therapies.
Aromatherapy works through the sense of smell. The aroma of essential oils is absorbed through the nasal passages, and travels to the area of the brain controlling memory and emotion. Aromatherapy can be used in conjunction with other therapies and serves to enhance and improve those modalities.
